The customer service here is super friendly and really helpful. My package got lost in the mail not once, but twice, yet the support team was on the ball, constantly checking in to see if it had arrived. They ended up sending it out three times. I finally got my item, but I reckon it could've been a five-star experience if it had shown up on time, though that wasn't on them.
